Black Cat Web was founded in April 2006 with the following mission:  create functional, maintainable, and dynamic websites that are quick to produce, easy to maintain, and allow owners to change content without any technical hassles.  With that, Black Cat Web's founder, Jim Campbell, set on a mission to find technologies and concepts that would accomplish these goals and get the results for clients that were needed.
